Europiping Srl is a contract manufacturing company specialized in the prefabrication, assembly and setting up of industrial plants in the petrochemical extraction, oil and gas pipelines sectors, as well as the construction and setting up of the related insertion, support and structural carpentry.
PIPING PREFABRICATION
Thanks to the experience and dynamism achieved over time, the company offers its customers a constant service which takes care to the smallest details: from the accurate familiarity of the machinery and industrial systems to the environments in which it operates. The prefabrication activities carried out in the headquarters cover various pipe assembly operations, including services such as cutting, chamfering, pressing and multiple welding methods such as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), manual arc, continuous wire, oxy-acetylene, electric and aluminothermic.
METAL CARPENTRY
Metal carpentry production and Installation of Technological Systems for dosing and treating water, components for industrial applications of hydraulics, special treatments on steel and alloys for large plant engineering, insulators for thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as oil plants, steel mills , naval.
PIPING ASSEMBLY
The mechanical assembly activities are managed by our specialized operators both at construction and production sites. Over the years, the company has carried out the assembly and disassembly of various types of gas steam turbines, with the possible contribution of welding operations performed on components such as carbon steel for structural carpentry, low-alloy steel and others. The respective assembly phases are continuously monitored and tested by our operators to ensure the customer an excellent and quality product so that to match the most desirable expectations.
